I provide an honest, analytical coaching service, diligently delivered to those that are truly ready to do what it takes to change the way they look and perform. My team and I have a thorough, deliberate and detailed coaching style, which my clients really appreciate.
Commitment to success
My clients come from various walks of life, but they generally have a few things in common. They are intelligent, switched on individuals who are often very busy with career and family. Despite being busy professionals they make time to look after themselves. They could spend years learning and experimenting with their training and nutrition in an attempt to carve out the physique they want, but why should they? They want an experienced consultant to provide an individually tailored solution, the blueprint, to take the guess work out of attaining an awesome functional physique.
I am fully committed to each and everyone of my clients journeys and I require my clients to have the same commitment to reaching their goals as I have in helping them.
- You want to take control over your fitness and physique.
- You are are ready, committed and willing to listen and act.
- You have some resistance training experience.
- You are free from medical conditions or injuries that stop you from training.
- Contact will be made predominantly via email and some apps, the ability to access emails and an app (iOS/Android) store is required.
- You will also be asked to purchase a measuring tape, weighing scales. A set to weigh yourself and a set for weighing food. If you don’t have them already.
How does it work?
1. Fill in the form and make payment.
2. I will send a more detailed questionnaire, once completed we will schedule a video consultation.
3. I will answer your questions and make an honest appraisal of your situation, physique and how realistically achievable your goals are. I will share my initial recommendations and thoughts.
4. If we are in agreement, everything is in order and you are happy to proceed then we will move forward immediately. If we are not in agreement or we are not a good fit, your coaching fee will be refunded.
5. Start tracking and training.
